Everest Three Passes Trek – 20 Days Introduction
“Threading the Sky through the Hidden Gates of Everest”
There are trails that climb mountains, and there are trails that reveal mountains. The Everest Three Passes Trek is not just a way to Everest, this is the weaving of a myth across three hidden gates of the Khumbu: Kongma La (5,535m), Cho La (5,420m) and Renjo La (5,340m). This is the Holy Grail of all treks for those who are looking for more complete, immersive communion with Everest, hidden valleys, ancient Sherpa villages, turquoise glacial lakes, and high passes that touch the bones of the Himalaya.
This is a 20-day trek through solitude and glory, where each pass is a portal into magic, and each bend leads you to a story. From the crowded airstrip of Lukla, to the quiet blue glacial waters of Gokyo, from the towering shadow of Ama Dablam, to the ice-silence of Kala Patthar, to the layers of prayer flags of the ridges above Thame, this trek is for people who are looking to see Everest not from one path—but from all of her angles, moods, and altitudes.
.
