For over 25 years, we have had hands-on experience and 4 years as a registered company, We specialize in immersive trekking and travel experiences throughout Nepal and the greater Himalayan region.
With depth, care, and a rich cultural experience, our team curates every journey from the silence of sacred forests to the raging rivers of high mountain passes. We are based in Kathmandu, where a female-led company combines logistical experience with the storytelling elegance of the local people and guides through the safe, wildest, and gentlest of nature’s terrains.

Rosa Gole — Founder, Managing Director & Operations Manager,
A visionary leader and adventurer at heart, Rosa has created Himalayan Trek Ventures because she is passionate about travel, gender empowerment, and the responsibility that comes with leading safe journeys. She is actively involved and personally oversees all operating procedures to ensure guests experience heartfelt care, smooth logistics, and timely coordination, from an initial inquiry to a farewell at the trailhead.
Ritika Shahi — Trek & Vehicle Supervisor
Ritika is in charge of the logistics and transportation. She double-checks that any trek preparation has been completed, that every vehicle rolls out safely, and that every trekker is ready before they hit the trail.
Utkarsha Sunchury — Customer Relations Specialist
Utkarsha is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She is our point of contact, from the initial inquiry through to post-trip reflections. She is dedicated to making every traveler feel seen, heard, and supported through their Himalayan experience.
